It's our objective to always offer you the best price combined with the best service.
 
It occasionally happens that a competing website intentionally undercuts our price for the same offer.
 
If you would rather book the concerned accommodation through us, then we offer it to you for the same price!
 
Our best price guarantee is only applicable for private holiday houses and apartments. The offers of professional rental businesses, hotels and hostels (B&B's), etc. are excluded.
 
 

This is how it works:

 
Please inform us per email (before making a reservation) about the cheaper offer you have found for the identical holiday accommodation and we will match the price. The competitive price needs to be objectively verifiable for us.
 
In order to comply with our best price guarantee, please keep in mind:
 
  • The accommodations need to be the identical offer
  • the price is for the same rental period,
  • as well as for the same amount of persons,
  • with identical services offered.
  • The rental object actually has to be rentable.
 
Relevant is the total rental price including all extra costs for the reservation period in question.
Eventual price changes that may have occurred after your reservation, cannot be taken into account later.
 
Strictly excluded are:
 
  • clearly identifiable fictitious offers
  • individual agreements with fraudulent intentions
