How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Very nice flat in a brand new building, fully furnished, 5min to beach

It is a spacious and bright flat in a brand new building. It is very comfortable and fully furnished (wardrobes in every bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, etc). It has also an underground parking.

 

It is located next to one of Conil's main streets (facing the quiet part of it). And it is close to everything in the town: it is next to a supermarket and a health center (you can actually see them both from the window), five minutes walking (literally) to the beach and to the historical center of Conil, which in my opinion, is close enough because it is quiet at night so you can sleep without problems of night-life-noise.

 

It is quite easy to get there as it is in the central part of Conil, but I will be available to help you to reach it anyway.

 

Conil has plenty of things to enjoy and to explore. Its sunny beaches, where you can choose from huge ones to tiny ones, its food, specially the seafood and fish, its vibrant night-life, full of pubs and night-clubs and people from all around the world... and it has also some very beautiful and unknown areas of nature.

 

I will spend the summer in the country side of Conil, few minutes to the centre by car, and I will not have any problem to show you around the place and to suggest you very special places to eat or to go. My spoken English is better than the written one (sorry about this, by the way), so we will be able to communicate easily.
