How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

New apartment in the upper part of Conil, it is ideal for 5 persons and has easy access to a parking lot.

 

The apartment is situated in a quiet, central location and the beach can be reached in a 10min walking distance, a supermarket in 3min.

 

It is very suitable for couples and families, searching for tranquillity and the ambience of the center of Conil, which can be reached in a 5min walking distance.

 

On 60m² it has 2 bed rooms, one with double bed and the other with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed (for children and adults). It is modern and tastefully decorated. On very hot days you can relax comfortably in the living room, watching TV or listen to music, it is equipped with aircondition, and for cold days you have heating.

 

Parking you can find close to the building. We recommend to arrive with a car, as here you are surrounded by many sights to see. A great place to have a pleasant stay, without any noisy nightlife nearby.
