1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Country house with 2 bedrooms in El Palmar: This is one of 9 country houses on a beautiful finca in El Palmar (Casitas Campesino 1-9). It is located at only 350 m from the beach and in an absolutely quiet side street.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms and is perfect for a family of 4. You'll have a veranda, your own garden with barbecue and wooden outdoor furniture and a private parking space. Furthermore there are 2 shared pools, one of an amplitude of 80 m for adults, the other is 3 x 3 m for kids. There's also a playground for the small ones.
All houses dispose of satellite tv, open fire place, bathroom and fully furnished kitchen.
The house is located in a quiet area, only 350 m away from the wonderful beach! Primarily because of the long white sandy beach and the perfect breaking waves El Palmar is very popular among Spanish tourists and among surfers.
After an active day in the water you can chill out in the bars and restaurants at the beach or explore the night life of Conil de la Frontera or Caños de Meca.
Close to the house there are Venta El Morito and the restaurant Viva Pepa and all other bars at the beach.
In July and August you can only book from 1st -15th and 16th - 31st.
