How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beautiful holiday house with private garden near beach in El Palmar

This lovely holiday house is situated 300m from the beach of El Palmar, completely surrounded by walls in a terrain of 400m2.

Relax and intimacy are guaranteed here! With a well-cared garden zone and a porch ideal for enjoying the meals in the fresh air.
Inside the property you will be able to park the car safely. An outdoor shower and a large barbecue grill are included in the garden's equipment.
The house offers 2 bed rooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa double bed and an optional extra bed for a total of maximum 3 additional persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all electric devices including dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge and dining room are spacious and comfortable. The bath room counts a shower, toilette, bidet and sink.
For cold days there is a wood stove.
You can forget about driving during your stay in El Palmar as everything is nearby and the car can remain privately stored in your garden. This place is ideal for families: children can play safely in the garden while the parents can be free of worries.
Come and discover the fantastic sunrises and sunsets of the Costa de la Luz! If you practice sports like surfing or kitesurfing, or you just want to give them a try, this is the perfect location for you. Wind and waves here are considered to be some of the best in Europe.
Just 100m from the house there is a recommendable restaurant called "Casa Isabel". Supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy and a few great beach bars are opening all year round along the beach promenade.
Note: there is an identical house right next to this one and the two can be booked together for larger groups or 2 families. The gardens of both houses are connectable through a door.
